Meet the Team
Ali Wilkinson – CEO / Co-Founder
Ali worked in the Salt Lake Community as a banker with a primary focus in commercial and small business lending for 26 years that early retired in 2017 to focus on growing Sublime and getting healthy after a debilitating bout with pneumonia in 2016. Ali has always been active in the Salt Lake community working with the University of Utah advanced scholarship program, Ute Athlete Connect mentoring program, the South Salt Lake Police Athletic League, Promise South Salt Lake, and United Way among many others.
Brandy Philips – Chief HR, Logistics & Operations Officer / Co-Founder
Brandy comes to Sublime Fitness and Nutrition with 7 years in experience in telecommunications and 2 years of experience in banking. She enjoys traveling to new places, staying fit and reading as much as possible Along with that, she’s a huge fan of Sublime’s Chicken Fajitas meals and would eat anything with chocolate.
Craig Moore, RD – Chief Nutritionist / Co-Founder
Craig graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri with degrees in both Medical Dietetics and Exercises Physiology. Currently, he works full-time was a Sports Dietitian for the University of Utah Athletics while also working towards a MS in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah. In addition to his work with Utah Athletics, Craig has extensive knowledge working privately with high-level Crossfit athletes, weightlifters and endurance athletes.
